We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer NAPS Trainee to join our team at FLSmidth Cement. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing process engineering, MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) preparation, and ERP/PLM systems, supporting the development and delivery of world-class cement manufacturing equipment. This role provides an excellent platform to learn and grow within a global engineering company.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in preparing and maintaining MBOMs in Enovia and D365. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth engineering-to-manufacturing data flow. Assist in process planning, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, cost, and delivery performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, and quality) to ensure alignment in manufacturing documentation. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and process instructions. Work with ERP and PLM systems for order management, BOM validation, and reporting. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in professional English.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Equivalent/EEE/ECE). Strong interest in manufacturing process engineering and digital tools (ERP/PLM). Knowledge of MBOM preparation and exposure to Enovia/D365 is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
