Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Industry- Automobile

Qualification & Experience:

B.E. Mechanical Engineering

with

5 to 6 Years' Experience

. Proven track record and working knowledge in Manufacturing Industry preferably in Automobile Industries Through knowledge in

Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Milk Run Concepts

Good Knowledge in Work Measurements, Time Study, Method Study Good knowledge of

QMS/EMS, PFMEA and VSM

Basic knowledge in software like

Auto Cad and SAP.

Requirement

Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Install and commission new machines and equipment. Conduct time, motion, and work studies to define accurate cycle times. Design process layouts for new products, including smooth material flow. Analyze technical problems and provide timely, effective solutions. Reduce waste in production by applying Lean manufacturing practices. Coordinate and communicate with global headquarters and subsidiary teams. Lead Kaizen projects to improve quality and productivity. Perform process validation for critical operations to ensure product quality. Design and develop tools and fixtures as per process requirements. Manage tools, including validation, maintenance, and procurement. Improve manufacturing processes using continuous improvement and Lean principles. Drive cycle time reduction and productivity improvement initiatives. Implement 5S and Poka-Yoke systems on the shop floor. Lead cross-functional teams for process improvement projects. Create process flow charts, control plans, and related documentation. Prepare PPAP documents and conduct FMEA for new processes. Train operators on new processes, tools, and techniques. Create process routings and update them in SAP.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
