Roles and Responsibilities
Lead process design, setting of process and establishment of products in manufacturing & validation
Lead change management process of products and processes.
Preparation of work instructions (SOP) & device history record and maintain revision history
Drive & maintain PFMEA/DMR/Process Maps/Quality plans & training the team
Product BOM maintenance & product costing in Oracle( BOM implementation, routing, labour hour, cost roll up, BOM/ICV roll up etc)
Lead product quality trend & drive corrective & preventive actions for internal failures, supplier defects, customer rejections
Lead & managing measuring tool/equipment calibration process
Lead equipment verification & validation process
Drive cycle time reduction, simplification, product & process cost reduction process
Support engineering and production for VCP projects execution
Drive execution of Poke Yoke projects related to jigs & fixtures to simplify the manufacturing process
Support new programs and lead NPI\xe2\x80\x99s as Manufacturing program leader
Implement FMI\xe2\x80\x99s on the Products as applicable
Initiate & implementation of Kaizen across the manufacturing lines
Lean Action implementations in manufacturing
Plant layout and optimization.
Maintaining inventory of Capital Goods ( P&E) & ensure good traceability.
Ordering Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s for manufacturing.
Layout design and process design
Developing & ensuring safer process for manufacturing.
Ensure safety requirement and managing safety element & matrix.
Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech/M.Tech - Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics
6+ years of Manufacturing Production/Process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing or diagnostic imaging product manufacturing industry
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge/ certification of ISO 13485
Experience in healthcare industry
Lean Manufacturing experience
Six sigma certified
Exposure to strategical quality control
