manage day-to-day manufacturing operations

, ensure production timelines, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production and operational activities Coordinate with production, QA, R&D, and marketing teams Ensure quality compliance and regulatory standards Handle client communication on production status and timelines Improve operational processes and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Operations / related field 1-5 years of experience in operations or production (cosmetic/personal care preferred) Strong MS Excel skills and client presentation experience
