We are looking for an inspiring individual to run the hardware capacity planning for the Silicon One Supply chain group. You\'ll be part of our Group driving our next-generation network devices - Cisco Silicon One . As part of this dynamic team, we work with cross-functional teams to be responsible for the supply chain for Silicon One What you will do : Drive production plans adherence to meet the ship plan for the Silicon Products per the demand signals and collaborate with the supplier commodity managers, Material & Capacity planning Manager, and engineering managers to resolve supply gaps and constraints Run supply-demand gap analysis and capacity scenario optimization. Responsible for workorder management and transactions. Work with Support Team for systems/transaction errors/troubleshooting. Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross-functional groups as needed and work toward a resolution Who You\'ll Work With Product Supply Planning & Fulfillment, Material & Capacity Planning, Global Inventory Management & Manufacturing Logistics Operations along with extended partners (e.g. Global Supplier Management) You\'ll partner with Supply Chain eco-system partners to optimize the Si supply chain and operations to meet key business metrics. Who You Are You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills. Highly independent and can work in an ambiguous environment. Collaborative and teamwork attitude Critical thinker Minimum Requirements: Preferred Requirements: Manufacturing operations experience. You possess a BS degree in engineering or equivalent field You have an excellent communication skills (verbal and written) At least 2-3 years experience in supply planning, capacity planning or manufacturing operations Why Cisco #WeAreCisco.
