We're looking for a Manufacturing / Operations Manager who will be the key link between our design team, artisans, and production workflow. You'll manage day-to-day operations, ensure quality control, and maintain accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities

Artisan Coordination: Issue materials to artisans, collect finished work, and maintain accurate artisan accounts in Excel.

Quality Control (QC): Inspect all received pieces for design accuracy, finish quality, and craftsmanship standards.

Production Oversight: Monitor each stage of silver jewellery making--filing, polishing, stone setting, etc.--to ensure smooth workflow.
?
Inventory Management: Track raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished stock.
?
Process Supervision: Ensure timelines are met and quality is consistent.
Requirements
?
Experience in silver jewellery manufacturing processes.
?
Knowledge of Jadau work is a plus.
?
Comfortable with Excel and basic account management.
?
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Prior experience in a jewellery manufacturing setup preferred (1-2 years), but not strictly required if you have solid process knowledge.
