Role: Organizational Development & Manufacturing Operations

• Maintain Good Hygiene & Housekeeping at all MFG area all time & Personal Hygiene & GMP & Safety
• Daily mfg plan mixer wise
• Daily mfg record& no bulk down time
• FTIR Batch made
• Check all equipment condition & Maintenance issue
• Nano mfg run
• Update Audit & visit in mfg area
• WIP Stock maintain as per system
• Daliy SFG book Shift wise
• Any irregularities or abnormal incidents related to GMP observed shall be escalated to reporting manager.
• Ensuring that the integrated management system conforms to the requirements of this International Standard.
• Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
• Reporting on the performance of the integrated management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
• Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organisation.
• Ensuring that the integrity of the integrated management system is maintained when changes to the integrated management system are planned and implemented.
• Ensuring the defined procedures and practices of Integrated management system are deployed in the process, understood by all personnel involved and compliance is confirmed.

What makes you great
10-15 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, Homecare, personal care, beauty care with cosmetic background.
Academics in BSC & MSC in Chemistry and B pharma is preferred
Experience in high-speed packaging lines, automated machinery, and large-scale production preferred.
