Manufacturing Manager
to oversee daily production operations, ensure product quality, and manage the manufacturing team effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on production experience, and the ability to communicate fluently in

to coordinate effectively with workers and local staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and company policies.
Supervise and train production staff, ensuring high performance and discipline on the shop floor.
Monitor machinery and equipment for optimal performance and coordinate maintenance as required.
Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimizations for better efficiency and reduced waste.
Maintain proper documentation of production reports, raw material usage, and output.
Collaborate with quality assurance, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with factory workers and supervisors in
Punjabi
to ensure clarity in instructions and workplace harmony.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum
5+ years
of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand Punjabi.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
