Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production planning to meet delivery timelines.
Ensure strict quality control and compliance with industry standards.
Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to achieve production goals.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain safety standards when working with high-frequency ultrasonic equipment.
Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with suppliers for timely material availability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Manufacturing Engineering.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing management (ultrasonic or precision machinery preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of ultrasonic technology and production processes.
