Job Summary:

The

Production / Floor Manager

will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, managing manpower, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery. Candidates with

experience managing manufacturing units in any industry

are welcome to apply, especially if they are confident in handling floor operations in a modular/interiors environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules. Supervise and coordinate activities of production floor staff, including machine operators, assemblers, and helpers. Monitor production workflow to meet targets for quality and delivery timelines. Manage manpower allocation and ensure productivity across shifts. Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams for seamless operations. Maintain quality standards and minimize defects or rework. Implement safety, cleanliness, and discipline standards on the shop floor. Identify process improvements to reduce delays, wastage, and inefficiencies.

Requirements:

Prior experience managing production or shop floor operations in

any manufacturing sector

(modular/interiors experience is a plus but not mandatory). Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to read production plans, manage schedules, and handle daily targets. Basic computer skills (Excel, email, production tracking tools). Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Educational Qualification:

Any degree (MBA, BTech, Diploma, etc.)

with relevant experience in manufacturing operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
