Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery
Drive process improvements using Lean principles and cost optimization strategies
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and welding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Planning
Implement production planning, workforce allocation, and inventory control systems
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Mentor, lead, and motivate plant teams for performance and efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E. Mechanical with 15-20 years of experience in heavy fabrication manufacturing
Strong technical knowledge of fabrication, welding, and machining processes
Demonstrated leadership in managing plant operations and large teams
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
Excellent decision-making, communication, and team-building skills
Must be

based in or willing to relocate to Vadodara with family
