Join us in shaping the future of diamond trading. About the Role: Lumex is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Executive to join our team at our Mumbai location. This role is pivotal in managing communication and coordination between rough procurement, factories, contractors, and more. The Manufacturing Executive will play a key role in maintaining stringent quality controls, efficient yield management, and smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Maintain stringent quality control measures and optimize yield rates. Facilitate effective communication with factories, contractors, and suppliers. Occasional travel to locations such as Surat for factory visits and coordination. Monitor estimates vs actuals, ensuring timely deliveries. Utilize team management and project management skills for order-based production. Qualifications: Graduate degree in a relevant field. Over 5+ years of industry experience in manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities. Thrives in a collaborative team environment. Proficient knowledge of the diamond industry.
