2. Expertise on PFD/PFMEA/DFMEA/QC Tools
3. Layout & Process Planning,Implementation
4.Facility planning and implementation
5. Expertise in Time Study & Line balancing
6. Expertise on CAD softwares (NX, Microstation, Team center)
7.Lean manufacturing
Roles & Responsibilities
1.DMU Study & Design Finalization with R&D
2. PFD & PFMEA preparation
3. Process & Equipment planning, Installation & Prove out
4. RFQ Preparation & PR/PO process
5. Continuous improvement for debottlenecking Safety, Quality, Delivery
6. SMH Updation based on Time study & line balancing
7. Evaluation & implementation of Series Changes
8. Quality Prove out for new models (Weld Integrity, Geometry accuracy)
9. Representation in System Teams forum
10. Safety & Ergonomics Study & implement action

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge of MOST time study, CAD softwares, Process planning
• Language skills: English
• Teamwork, motivation, communication skills
