We are looking for an experienced and results-driven "

Senior Manufacturing Engineer"

with over 10 years of experience to lead process improvements and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and the flexibility to operate in dynamic production settings. This role involves up to

30% travel

(primarily domestic, with occasional international trips).

Key Responsibilities:

Drive productivity, quality, and safety through end-to-end manufacturing process enhancements. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate across departments to support new product introductions and lifecycle management. Manage capital projects, including planning, equipment installation, and validation. Use data and KPIs to analyze performance and optimize processes. Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions. Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (Master's preferred). 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to heading, heat treatment, grinding, and inspection. Proven track record in cost reduction, waste elimination, and process optimization. Skilled in CAD, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
