Project Role Description :

Lead and plan manufacturing engineering programs. Lead teams of engineers who define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. Define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production. Ensure teams are developing product specifications and define the quality standards and inspection methods for manufacturing products and machines.

Summary: As a Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you will be at the forefront of planning and leading manufacturing engineering programs. Your typical day will involve guiding teams of engineers in defining processes for fabricating, assembling, inspecting, and testing new products and machines. You will also focus on establishing the necessary tools and fixtures for production, ensuring that product specifications are developed, and quality standards and inspection methods are defined for manufacturing processes. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency within the engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that all projects align with production engineering and design principles. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 3D Modeling. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles. - Experience with CAD software and design tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and inspection techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in 3D Modeling. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
