to optimize production workflows, improve plant efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will drive lean manufacturing initiatives and support new product introductions with robust process design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and layouts

Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements

Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability

Lead process validation, tooling selection, and equipment commissioning

Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and safety standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM)

Document SOPs, work instructions, and process controls

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

3+ years of experience in automotive or component manufacturing

Proficiency in CAD tools and manufacturing simulation software

Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and quality systems

Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹451,096.89 - ₹1,452,076.53 per year
