The expected deliverable is to Creating 3D Factory using NX Line Designer / Autodesk Inventor or any other 3D CAD tools using Point cloud data / 2D Drawings
Responsibilities:

  • Create & Review Reverse Engineering 3D Models using Point Cloud data in NX Line Designer.
  • Lead legacy data migration to NX line designer.
  • Methods Development for 3D Factory creation process in NX Line Designer
  • Training the resources in NX Line Designer for 3D Layout creation
  • Creating 3D Model using Catia / NX CAD / Autodesk Inventor or any other 3D CAD tools using 2D Drawings
  • Deliver the completed 3D Factory to counterpart. Rework for any layout modifications.
  • Ongoing maintenance of the Layout Post DCV (based on the updates)
  • Create Walkthrough Animation for various departments / Shops in NX Line designer/ Teamcenter Vis mockup & Autodesk Navisworks
  • Creating Future State 3D Layout for the Upcoming Programs
  • Create a plan for new programs by aligning with counterparts as per the CLL timelines and work towards meeting the targets.
  • Involve in the review events with IMG, NA & EU layout engineers
  • Maintain E2ks Issues reports and work with teams for the closure.
  • Manage the asset library and perform QC for all assets before publishing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Experience in Final Assembly Engineering 5+ years.
