Overall Purpose of the job

• Thorough knowledge on GD & T Engineering drawing
• Getting detailed specifications from customers and ensuring production as per specifications given by customers.
• Deep knowledge of torque & crimping tools
• Selection of tools with team
• Industrial Engineering & product Development
• Part quality analysis in geometry and advice tool room to implement countermeasures
• Supplier parts BOP and LBOP incoming inspection knowledge must
• New supplier development audit and supplier development
• Hands on experience in manufacturing of sheet to develop tools
• Internal & external audit experience in customer buyoff activity 7QC tools, QMS, Root Analysis
• Process qualification & validation
• Customer requirements understanding and explain to tool room

Other Activities

• Skill level of Technicians according to Site requirement
• Special Process Management as per IRIS / QMS requirement
• Compliance of APSYS standards \xe2\x80\x93 Level 3 for Industrial function.
• Updating of PFMEA and Actions in place to reduce RPN >100
• Zero nonconformity during internal or external audits.
• Contribution to site industrial QCD targets.
• Manufacturing and Quality documents are available in due time and to the good quality level.
• lead time to solve the problem (Worksheet update after manufacturing of 2 products)
• lost hours by manufacturing due to industrial support
• Method time reduction
• On timeline setup for manufacturing

Qualifications and skills Education

• B.E Electrical/Mechanical /industrial Engineering/Production

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

• 6 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in industrial processes training
• Hands on experience in delivering Technician\xe2\x80\x99s training and qualification
• Experience in creating Training documentation
• Knowledge and experience in QMS, EMS & OHSAS \xe2\x80\x93 ISO/TS 22163 is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Management (Toyota Production System)
• Experience in Creating and deploying OPL (One-point lessons)
• Experience in Digitalization of Training methodology
• Practice any special process management from 2 to 5 years (execution, definition, qualification)
• Has been trained to AT Special Process standard training.
• Is officially recognised as expert by the Special Process central coordinator

EXPERIENCE / SKILLSET

• Experience in Manufacturing / Process Engineering, Process Training: 6 to 10 years
• Language Skills: Proficient in English language,
