Roles and Responsibilities

:

Process and Machining Knowledge

:
Hands-on understanding of machining operations (turning, milling, drilling, etc.) and manufacturing process flow.

Skills Required

:

Knowledge of machining processes and tools Basic knowledge of costing & budgeting Strong in engineering drawing reading Knowledge of process improvement (Kaizen, 5S preferred) Communication and supplier coordination skills MS Excel / ERP knowledge (preferred)

Qualification

:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering 2-5 years experience in SPM, Automation or General Manufacturing industry preferred

Machine Drawing Understanding

:
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and part dimensions.

Manual Cost Work

:
Calculate costing manually for machined components and assemblies - material, machining time, operations, and vendor costs.

Process Reduction & Improvement

:
Suggest and implement process changes to improve cycle time, reduce wastage, and enhance productivity.

Supplier Development & Coordination

:
Identify potential vendors, support onboarding, and follow up on parts manufacturing and delivery timelines.

Documentation & Reporting

:
Prepare process documentation, update cost sheets, and maintain supplier progress reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
