Position: Manufacturing Engineers (Leadership Roles)Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise manufacturing operations for electrical products (Feeder Pillars, Control Panels, Distribution Boxes, etc.). Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and production schedules. Coordinate with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth workflow. Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency in production. Train and mentor shop?floor staff and junior engineers. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and ensure adherence to ISO/industry standards.
Desired Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Production Engineering. 3-7 years of experience in electrical manufacturing or related industries. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panel design, and fabrication processes. Leadership skills with ability to manage teams and meet deadlines. Familiarity with industrial safety practices and quality assurance.
Skills Preferred

Hands?on experience with AutoCAD/Design software. Knowledge of procurement, vendor coordination, and shop?floor management. Problem?solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,406.41 - ₹37,045.77 per month
