Improve and optimize manufacturing processes.
Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
Support NPD with process flow, tooling, and feasibility.
Resolve production issues and implement CAPA.
Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase & Production teams.
Monitor KPIs such as OEE, rejection rate, and cycle time.
Conduct time study, line balancing, and layout planning.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as VMC, CNC machining, sheet metal bending, fabrication, and assembly.
Qualifications:
BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
1-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Knowledge of machining/assembly/fabrication processes.
