Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. Analyse production data and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Support the design and procurement of new tools, fixtures, and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for manufacturing issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation. Work with sourcing team to develop test setup at vendor's end Good understanding of PLM and Drawings Good understanding of BOM and able to create production BOM using engineering BOM Understanding of ECR/ECN process Basic understanding of ERP

Requirements:

Eligible Candidates:

Desired Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Work Experience: 5+years of experience
