Your Role
Experience: 2 -4 Experience
Job Details: The ideal candidate should be able to manage ES assembly area test bed in parallel, assembly team, contractual teams and should be able to deliver required production as per the monthly plan. Shall be able to handle customer inspections both physical and virtual.
Maintain records of finished projects, prepare processes for wherever changes are done based on the past learnings.
The candidate shall be able to take full responsibility of completion of the project until packing and dispatch ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to AC standards.
Responsibilities:

• Develop Ownership concept online, "Right from Me" & ready to encourage assembly team to perform all kind of jobs from manufacturing to testing till despatch.
• Ensure effective and efficient handling ES assembly area and testing area.
• Manpower allocation and coordination with ES lineman.
• Space planning
• Ensure effective co-ordination with all team members for ensuring quality and highlight any issues related to project by organizing daily ES production meeting.
• Coordinate with line man to ensure on time material availability & no excess material on line apart from kit and BOM, timely coordinate for correction of BOM for excess material.
• Highlighting material shortages and quality issues if any to respective ES team leader
• Ensure and take responsibility in getting the projects completed on time.
• Must prepare in process check sheets for products on ES line and ensure team follows them efficiently.
• Shall handle Assembly and performance testing of diesel driven machines.
• Shall be handle various third-party contractors who work on the projects.
• Raising internal inspection (audit) calls.
• Must ensure and involve in safe packing and loading of ES Skids as per company guidelines.
• Communicating with vendors in case of requirement
• Actively participate to Continuous Improvement initiatives for Line, on Quality-Cost.
• Shall lead safety environment throughout ES assembly area and insist following of safety practices.
• Co-ordinate/Support Team Leaders for implementation of any changes on production line / products / people.
• Verify assembly as per work instructions / given guidelines, timely maintenance of checks sheets & production records.
• Shall ensure timely scrapping of parts after closure of projects.
• Shall raise request for tools and tackles received from the assembly team.
• Coordinate rework & repair (internal / with external contractor's) for the line machines, if required in test cells or in FG / outside yards or at customer sites.
• Maintain & Improve workplace by following the 5S concept.
• Ensure Workplace discipline on line.
• Ensure daily output and maintain the same with all required details.
• Encourage operators to build safety culture on Production Line.
• Control on material handling rejection and process rejection
• Ability to work with plant engineers, external vendors, operators, and management to manage projects and assignments is essential.
• Assist with estimates of man-hours required to complete projects.
• Experience with AIF, AIH, NGP, Dryers, ZH, Skid projects and modular machines will be preferred.
• This position will require to be working 6 days a week for ensuring smooth and close co-ordination with the assembly team.

To succeed, you will need
Qualifications and core competences:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

• A minimum of Two (2) years' experience with compressor industry/Oil and Gas company

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.

• Experience with Compressor, Dryers, NGP's, NGME's, Skids, Containers etc

• Capable of Managing Multiple Projects.

• Capable of reading drawings PID, GAD and other project documents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
