We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering professional with hands on experience of working on Composites. The selected candidate will support the development and growth of a Manufacturing engineering team for our Advanced Structures business in India. The team will support 58 Advanced Structures plants and 100s of suppliers across the globe.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Exposure to wetlayup, autoclave and out of outoclave cured composites.
• Analysis of Manufacturing Processes (Process sheets, Tools, Facility Requirements, etc.).
• Testing of coupons for data generation
• Change and Create documentation of Manufacturing Processes.
• Completion of miscellaneous duties and projects as directed by your supervisor/manager/ leader.
• Lead a small team of Engineers to achieve project deliverables within Cost, Schedule, and Budget
• Exposure to Collaborating with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve Project objectives and deliverables

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors or master\xe2\x80\x99s in manufacturing/mechanical/aerospace engineering
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
• Knowledge on thermoplastics desired
• Passionate about building high performance teams.
