Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineer (CAD/CAM Programming)
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering professional with strong hands-on expertise in NC Programming and CAD modelling to join our Advanced Structures business in India. The selected candidate will play a key role in building and growing a Global Manufacturing Engineering Team, supporting 40+ Advanced Structures plants and suppliers worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform and review CNC programming using NX, along with Vericut simulation and library optimization.
Develop 3D models of Mechanical components and Assemblies using Siemens NX.
Create full Detailed 2D Drawings including GD&T Standards
Collaborate with Site Leads and Design Engineers to ensure product requirements are fully understood and accurately reflected in manufacturing specifications.
Interpret and apply GD&T principles effectively; possess working knowledge of materials used in machined and sheet metal commodities for the aerospace industry.
Analyze manufacturing processes (process sheets, tools, facility requirements, etc.) and recommend process improvements.
Support process optimization initiatives for machined and sheet metal commodities.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Contribute to project deliverables within cost, schedule, and quality targets.
Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by supervisors/managers.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve manufacturing challenges.
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, supporting global collaboration.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives and deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Aerospace or Automotive Engineering.
8-10years of relevant experience in the Automotive or Aerospace industry.

Work Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to machined, sheet metal, or forging commodities.
Proven expertise in NC programming using NX, with experience in Vericut simulation.
Experience in NX CAD Modelling.
Aerospace or automotive industry background in manufacturing engineering processes.
Ability to integrate with PLM/MES systems (Teamcenter, Solumina, SAP) is preferred not mandatory
