JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title/position: Manufacturing Driveline
Global Function/Local Function: Drive Line Assembly
Work Location: Noida
Summary:
This position for the profile of Shift Engineer in Driveline Assembly. It is basically a production engineer profile.
2.) Dimensions: -
Reporting to : Driveline Manager
Position Responsibility : AG Noida
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
To handle shift production output for Drive line and before paint line, front axles. ( Plan Vs Actual Achievement)
To monitor & control of Process indices - ADPU, OKOL and CQA of shift operation.
To conduct Process and Product audit & validation as per schedule & mgmt. Requirements
To monitor & analyze market / quality complaints / bench mark audit, plan & implement countermeasure actions
To monitor line rejections and its control for his shift.
To maintain the work culture in his shift, maintaining and improving the moral of team.
Handling complete manpower deployment for the line with continues on job training for the operators with the help of modern tools & equipments.
Documentation of Quality Systems viz ISO 9001, ISO14001, World Class Manufacturing etc.
Lead the New model launches and smooth implementation on production lines.
7.) Qualification, Age and Experience: -
Professional Qualification-
Graduation - Engineering Degree
Experience
10-14 yrs.
Age
32-40 yrs.
Qualifications/Skills
IS0 9001,14001
.TPM, Lean Management.
Basic tools for fault finding.
