Job Description

Manufacturing chemist required for skincare cosmetics who has good knowledge of advanced ingredients. To effectively produce quality products meeting regulatory requirements utilizing the technical expertise on machine operations and its maintenance. Handling of production equipment. Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR/BPR etc. Knowledge of basic cGMP. Maintaining the daily logs of the process area. Candidate should have knowledge of ingredients used in Cream, Shampoo, Serum, Scrub, Mask, Face Wash. Ensure Manufacturing/ Packing as per SOP/BMR. Calibration of weighing balance before start the manufacturing / packing. Responsible for Bulk Manufacturing for color cosmetics products. Responsible for following all instructions given by management on time to time. Signing of BMR/BPR as per daily planning, material arrangement for manufacturing. Data keeping for equipment such as maintenance, preventive maintenance, other activities.

Ensure proper cleaning & labeling of equipment's machines/tanks. Ensure receipt of production plan in advance. Oversee compounding and batch making. Troubleshoot problems with formulas and batches. Improve upon existing formulas and methodology.
