Concord Drugs Limited is seeking an experienced and qualified

Manufacturing Chemist

for its

OSD (Tablets & Capsules) division

. The ideal candidate must have

hands-on experience

in the manufacturing and process control of oral solid dosage forms in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

manufacturing operations

for Tablets and Capsules in compliance with

cGMP and Schedule M

norms. Ensure strict adherence to

batch manufacturing records (BMR)

and

SOPs

. Supervise and monitor production processes to maintain quality and yield. Coordinate with

QA, QC, and Engineering

departments for smooth production flow. Manage manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and in-process checks. Ensure compliance with

regulatory and audit requirements

(USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.). Train and guide operators and production staff for best manufacturing practices. Maintain accurate documentation and production reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)

or equivalent qualification. Minimum

15 years of experience

in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing (Tablets & Capsules). Strong technical knowledge of

granulation, compression, and coating

processes. Excellent knowledge of

GMP documentation, validation, and line clearance procedures

. Capable of handling

regulatory audits

and ensuring documentation readiness. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
