Job Description

Position 1: Manufacturing Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and scale up cosmetic formulations (creams, lotions, serums, etc.) for production Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure smooth batch manufacturing Optimize processes for consistency, stability, and cost-efficiency Maintain GMP and safety standards during production Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during manufacturing

Qualifications:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science, or related field 1-5 years of experience in cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and passion for cosmetics are encouraged to apply Knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, and active ingredients is a plus

Position 2: Analytical Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products Perform stability testing and maintain detailed documentation Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, etc.) Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols Support product development with analytical insights

Qualifications:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field 1-5 years of experience in analytical testing within cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG Freshers with strong analytical skills and lab experience are welcome Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ISO, FDA, etc.) is desirable

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
