We're Hiring! Technical Assistant- Manufacturing (MALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 0-6 Months (Freshers welcome!)

Education: MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology

CTC: ?2.75 - 3 LPA

Shift: Rotational shifts (Day, Mid, Night) | 6 days working with rotational week off

Duties:

? To manage the production of diagnostic kits, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

? To Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

? To Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate robust quality control measures. ? To Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

? To Maintain detailed records of equipment servicing and performance metrics.

? To implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance production efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. ? To maintain a routine documented schedule of quality control and quality assurance of the manufacturing process

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all manufactured batches using IMS (Inventory Management System) software, ensuring data integrity and compliance with audit standards.

? To manage laboratory inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
