- Studying, analyzing existing Procedure and processes, liaison with department HOD\xe2\x80\x99s, Managers, Sr Managers, to derive plan for Continual Improvements
- Support in execution of Manufacturing Excellence activities
- Manage daily business updates, Dashboards, PID Activities, KPI Monitoring for PQDCSM
- Report to Plant -Head with all the data, Information on Monthly performance of the Plant
- Analyze the data and interpret the results to Plant Head and to the Team
