Position Title: Manual Tester

Experience: 2-3 Years

Gender: Male

2-3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of software applications. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) Familiarity with testing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET) or scripting is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact with developers, project managers and stakeholders. Design, develop and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test scripts based on project requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, Performance and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers for timely resolution. Analyze requirements and participate in test planning to ensure complete test coverage. Validate software performance under different scenarios and environments, including cross-browser and device testing. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the team. Provide detailed test reports and feedback to stakeholders to support product enhancements. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
