: Manual Tester

Location: Noida

Experience: Minimum 3 to 4years

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing on CRM/SFA applications. Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases. Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects. Conduct web and mobile application testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performance. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. Utilize Selenium and Postman for basic automation and API testing. Conduct load testing and analyze system performance.
Required Skills:

3 to 4 years of experience in manual testing, particularly in CRM/SFA environments. Basic knowledge of Selenium for web automation testing. Familiarity with Postman for API testing. Understanding of load testing techniques. Experience with web and mobile application testing. Fundamental understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
