Position: QA Manual Tester Trainee

Job Location: Indore Only

Experience: At least 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional specifications and user stories. Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and performance. Adhere to established quality assurance processes and standards, and contribute to their continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and techniques within the organization.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in manual software testing, preferably in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques. Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts. ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications (optional, but desirable). Experience with automated testing tools and techniques (optional, but a plus).
