Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Manual Tester

with at least 1 year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying bugs, documenting test cases, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through systematic testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

manual testing

of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues. Create, review, and execute

test cases

,

test scenarios

, and

test plans

. Conduct

functional, regression, integration, and system testing

. Report and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.). Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and ensure product quality. Validate bug fixes and perform

retesting

. Participate in

review meetings

and contribute to process improvement. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before release.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

software testing concepts

and

SDLC/STLC

. Experience in writing and executing

test cases

and

test scenarios

. Familiarity with

bug tracking tools

(Jira, Trello, or similar). Understanding of

functional

,

regression

, and

integration testing

. Basic knowledge of

SQL

for data validation (added advantage). Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in manual testing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
