Test Case Preparation:

Agile Process:

Agile Ceremonies:

Experience in explaining and facilitating Agile ceremonies to enhance workflow and team productivity.

Web Application Testing:

Expertise in conducting thorough testing of web applications to ensure they meet both user and functional requirements.

Testing Process Management:

Ability to oversee the testing lifecycle from request gathering to user story closure, ensuring all processes are well-documented and tracked.

Defect Lifecycle Management:

Proficiency in managing the defect lifecycle, including identification, logging, tracking, and retesting defects in collaboration with development teams.

SDLC Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to align testing efforts with overall project strategies.

Manual Testing Tools:

Experience utilizing manual testing tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps, TestRail) for effective test case management and defect tracking.

Non-Functional Testing:

Capability to contribute to non-functional testing efforts, including performance testing, API testing, accessibility testing, and cross-browser testing as value-added services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure software quality. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software products. Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring that issues are communicated effectively to the development team. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing for various software applications. Perform manual and automated testing to validate the functionality and performance of software applications. Participate in the review of project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user stories to ensure testability. Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and tools. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Support the release management process by providing testing status and ensuring that releases meet quality standards. Work collaboratively in a team environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster a productive and communicative engineering culture. Assist in mentoring and training junior team members on testing methodologies and tools. Maintain a thorough understanding of application architecture and design to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
