. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional testing, documentation, end-to-end workflow validation, and working closely with product and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Test ERP, CRM, HIS, and other enterprise-level applications end-to-end.
Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and UAT testing.
Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
Validate complex business workflows, rules, and multi-module integrations.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure quality delivery.
Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and documentation.
Ensure test coverage for all modules across releases.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide test effort estimates.
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years
of experience in manual testing (ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems).
Strong understanding of
business workflows
, user journeys, and multi-module integrations.
Experience testing modules such as:
HR
Finance
Sales & CRM
Inventory & Warehouse
Procurement
Billing & Invoicing
Healthcare / HIS (optional but preferred)
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
