About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Quality Analyst (QA)

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

manual testing

and a good understanding of

web development processes

. You'll play a key role in ensuring our web applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

manual testing

of web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices. Create, maintain, and execute

test plans, test cases

, and

test reports

. Identify, document, and track

bugs and issues

using tools like

JIRA

,

Trello

, or similar. Work closely with

developers, designers, and product managers

to ensure product quality at every stage of development. Validate bug fixes and regression test before deployment. Participate in

review meetings

, providing insights and feedback for continuous improvement. Support in

user acceptance testing (UAT)

and ensure proper documentation of test results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience as a

Manual Tester / QA Analyst

in a

web development

environment. Strong knowledge of

SDLC

,

STLC

, and

bug life cycle

. Experience with

test case design techniques

and

test management tools

. Familiarity with

HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies

. Basic understanding of

API testing

(Postman or similar) is a plus. Excellent

analytical thinking

and

communication skills

. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
