In a nutshellAs a Manual test engineer at Loylogic, you would be building robust, scalable and bug-free solutions. You\'ll become part of an Agile, multidisciplinary team. You get your team, a delivery manager to guide you through the Lean-Agile process, and a product owner to represent the business needs.What you will do

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Good to have - Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
• Identify, record, document and track bugs thoroughly.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Identify and provide feedback logs and root causes for client issues as part of the initial issue analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements.
• Work together with client-oriented teams to discuss, understand, and analyze P1 issues.
• Work closely with internal non-tech teams to understand Product issues.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

What you will need

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Manual testing.
• Experience with automation testing is good to have.
• Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with Business Process Management is a plus.
