Role: Manual Tester
Experience: 3-6 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: FulltimeRoles & Responsibilities:

• Manual Testers with Open Text tools/Captiva/Documentum/D2.
• Team Reports Bugs/Errors to development.
• Execute manual / automated test cases during Agile sprints/Waterfall model and analyze

results.

• Work with Cross Functional Team to ensure quality throughout Software development

Life cycle.

• Conduct Post Release/Implementation Testing.
• Act as a QA Manager and present the test report all stakeholders.
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development

follows established processes and works as intended.
Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Test Management Software.
• Experience in QA Methodologies.
• Basic experience in Selenium Web driver.
• Experience in XCP data migration and replication.
• Perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of the test code base and

optimize its execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Mind and Problem-Solving skills will be an advantage.
• Experience with integrating Open Text Captiva systems to Documentum and other

repositories.

• Understanding the integration of Captiva with Documentum, Windows systems from a

system administration level, testing Captiva Real time capture & Captiva REST services
integration with Enterprise Level Services.

• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Experience with the following testing would be highly desirable for this role: Smoke

testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression
Testing, Integration Testing, Load/Performance Testing.

• Any experience with writing test scripts/plans, working with 3rd party suppliers/vendors

would be highly desirable for the role.

• Experience working for the Telco clients is desirable.
