Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios/test cases.

Execute test cases and report bugs/defects to the development team.

Perform functional, regression, and system testing.

Document test results and track issues until resolution.

Collaborate with developers and the QA team to improve software quality.

Learn and follow testing standards, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.

Knowledge of writing and executing test cases.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Freshers or students pursuing final year (for internship) can apply.

Knowledge of any defect-tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) is a plus but not mandatory.
