We are looking for a detail-oriented

Manual Tester (DB/ERP)

to join our team for a critical migration project involving enterprise ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in

manual testing

,

SQL

, and

data validation

. Prior experience working on

client-server based ERP systems

(in-house or commercial like SAP) and

technology migration projects

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

manual testing

focused on

data validation

and integrity across systems. Execute comprehensive

SQL queries

to validate large datasets before and after migration. Understand complex

database schemas

and ensure proper mapping and transformation. Validate

business logic, workflows, and data integrity

in the ERP system. Collaborate closely with developers, DBAs, and business analysts to clarify requirements. Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies. Contribute to the development of test cases, test plans, and test data. Participate in system and integration testing related to ERP modules.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in

manual testing

with strong SQL skills. Proven expertise in

data validation, data comparison

, and

migration testing

. Experience working in

ERP environments

, ideally

client-server based systems

(e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, or custom/in-house ERP). Strong understanding of

RDBMS concepts

, stored procedures, joins, and indexing. Hands-on experience with

data migration

from legacy systems to modern platforms. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
