Job Description

Execute UAT test cases to validate that product features and enhancements meet business requirements.


Ensure that delivered solutions function as intended from an end-user perspective.


Review and understand business rules and requirements for the product.


Test system functionality against documented business rules to ensure compliance and accuracy.


Develop detailed UAT test cases and scripts based on business requirements and business rules.


Update and maintain test documentation as requirements evolve.


Identify, document, and report defects or issues found during UAT.


Work with product, business analyst, and technology teams to clarify issues and support resolution.


Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and expected outcomes.


Participate in UAT planning meetings and walkthroughs.


Prepare and manage test data required for executing UAT scenarios.


Ensure test data aligns with business rules and requirements.


Document UAT results, including pass/fail status, defects, and observations.


Provide regular status updates and summary reports to project teams and stakeholders.


Provide feedback on testing processes and suggest improvements for future UAT cycles.


Contribute to the refinement of business rules and requirements based on testing outcomes.


Ensure that UAT activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Support quality assurance efforts to deliver high-quality products.
