Job Title:

Manual Test Lead

Experience Required:

Minimum 8+ Years

Responsibilities

Manage the

entire manual testing lifecycle

from planning to release validation. Develop and optimize

test plans, test cases, and test data

for functional, regression, and UAT testing. Lead and mentor a QA team and implement

QA best practices

. Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams for early detection of issues. Improve QA efficiency through

process enhancements

. Track and manage defects using

Jira

or similar tools. Support faster release cycles with

minimal post-release defects

. Prepare and maintain clear QA documentation and sprint/release reports.

Qualifications

5-8 years of QA experience with

minimum 2 years in a lead role

. Strong manual testing experience for

web and mobile applications

. Excellent understanding of

STLC, SDLC, test strategy, and defect management

. Proficient with

Jira, TestRail, Postman, and basic SQL

. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Highly proactive with a

process-driven approach

. Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high quality.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
