Position: Manual Software Tester

Experience:

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Location:

Pimple Soudagar, Pune

Shift Timings (based on UK Daylight Saving Time):

Shift 1:

12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (March end to early November)

Shift 2:

01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (Early November to March end)

The Manual software Tester will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, accuracy, and quality of marketing tools, web applications, and digital platforms used by the organization. The role will involve manual testing, documentation, and client-facing demonstrations to support marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Perform

manual testing

of marketing systems, websites, and CRM tools to ensure high-quality performance and user experience. Develop and execute

detailed test cases, scripts, and plans

aligned with marketing requirements. Conduct

functional, regression, and usability testing

for marketing and sales applications.

Bug Tracking & Reporting:

Identify, document, and track software defects using

bug tracking tools

such as

JIRA

. Prepare comprehensive

test reports, summaries, and status updates

for management and project teams.

Client Interaction & Demonstrations:

Provide

product and system demonstrations

to clients, explaining functionalities, features, and performance. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support

client onboarding and training sessions

. Gather client feedback during demos and coordinate with internal teams for necessary improvements.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with the

marketing, development, and design teams

to test campaigns, integrations, and system enhancements. Support marketing initiatives such as website testing, email campaign verification, and CRM integrations.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

Maintain detailed

test documentation

, including test plans, cases, and defect logs. Contribute to process improvements to enhance system reliability and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

Manual Software Testing Test Case Development & Execution Regression and Functional Testing Bug Tracking (JIRA or equivalent tools) Strong Presentation and Communication Skills Ability to conduct client demonstrations effectively Collaboration and Problem-Solving Basic understanding of marketing tools, CRM systems, or automation platforms (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably involving marketing or web-based applications. Experience in preparing test reports, presentations, and client-facing documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
