Responsibilities
As a Manual QA Tester, you will:

• Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to deliver high-quality products.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Conduct end-to-end, regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Suggest improvements to enhance product usability based on user workflows.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Adhere to quality standards and explore advances in testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on manual testing experience across various domains and platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating test cases and working with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. Exposure to analytics tools is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams effectively.
• Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent debugging abilities.
• Attention to Detail: A thorough approach in identifying even minor discrepancies.
• Bonus Points for:

• Knowledge of SQL and data analytics.
• Familiarity with Automation Testing tools.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum workflows.
