What are we looking for in a candidate?

? BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.

? 5+ years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Manual Testing.

? Proven expertise in testing Web-based and Mobile applications across multiple domains.

? Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC with experience in end-to-end QA processes including requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and UAT.

? Solid hands-on experience in test design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

? Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

? Experience in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar is a plus.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

What will a candidate be doing with us?

? Take ownership of test planning, strategy, and execution for complex projects.

? Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and scalable test plans & cases.

? Lead automation efforts, improving existing frameworks and building reusable test suites.

? Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality deliverables.

? Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for new and existing features.

? Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.

? Proactively identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring thorough root cause analysis.

? Mentor and support junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality within the team.

? Stay up-to-date with emerging QA tools, trends, and best practices, and introduce relevant improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
