Manual QA Tester

Around 1 year in manual software testing

Key Responsibilities

Test Execution & Reporting

Execute test cases for web and mobile applications based on functional requirements. Identify, document, and report bugs clearly using tools like Jira or Trello. Perform regression, functional, and UI testing to ensure quality.

Documentation & Coordination

Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports. Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and track issues. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback during sprint cycles.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards before deployment. Follow testing best practices and suggest improvements to enhance QA processes. Stay updated with the basics of software testing principles and trends.

Qualifications and Skills

Around 1 year of hands-on experience in manual testing. Good understanding of

SDLC

and

STLC

. Familiarity with tools like

Trello

or Google Sheets for test management. Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and APIs

is a plus. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
