We are hiring an experienced

Manual & Functional Tester

who can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, deep understanding of testing processes, and hands-on experience in validating software functionality to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prepare and execute

test cases

,

test scenarios

, and

test data

. Perform

manual testing

,

functional testing

,

regression testing

,

system testing

, and

UAT support

. Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and product teams to resolve issues. Ensure test coverage and maintain detailed test documentation. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and review meetings (Agile). Provide timely QA reports and updates to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of hands-on experience in

Manual and Functional Testing

. Strong understanding of

SDLC

,

STLC

, test design techniques, and QA processes. Experience in testing web and mobile applications. Knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar). Good understanding of database/SQL for basic data validation (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.

Additional Preferences

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. Basic understanding of automation tools (optional, not mandatory).
