Job Summary: We are hiring a Manual Designer for Polki jewellery based in Mumbai. The role involves creating detailed design and process manuals that clearly document Polki jewellery designs, craftsmanship techniques, and production standards for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop manuals for Polki jewellery designs and manufacturing processes

Create structured layouts with drawings, images, measurements, and step-by-step instructions

Coordinate with jewellery designers, merchandisers, and production teams

Document design specifications, quality standards, and finishing details

Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all manuals

Update manuals for new collections and design revisions

Maintain proper documentation and version control

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a Manual Designer in the jewellery industry

Strong knowledge of Polki jewellery and traditional jewellery techniques

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar

Excellent attention to detail and understanding of jewellery documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Kundan, Jadau, or fine traditional jewellery

Knowledge of jewellery production workflows and karigar coordination

Good communication skills in English Hindi or Bengali
